Built for durability, the planer includes a solid cast iron base, table, and head. It features a 2-speed oil bath gearbox, allowing speed changes between 24 and 31 FPM, with an option to adjust to 4-speed for 16 and 20 FPM. Corrugated infeed and fine groove outfeed rollers ensure seamless feeding.
The precision-ground, polished cast iron table is supported by four steel columns, providing stability for larger workpieces.
